Delivery management

Know who owns the work

You should not have to chase several people to find out who is handling a problem. We set out what Havenmont manages, what stays with your team and who takes the next step when something needs attention.

Defined responsibilities

One engagement. Clear ownership

Havenmont manages

  • Research, outreach and the information needed to assess opportunities within the agreed scope.
  • Coordinating delivery and keeping you informed.
  • Reporting progress and addressing problems in the work we manage.

Your team owns

  • Sharing knowledge of your business and approving how we represent it.
  • Joining buyer conversations and deciding which opportunities count.
  • Proposals, pricing, negotiation, closing and customer delivery, unless separately agreed.

Agreed together

What makes an opportunity worthwhile, how much your team can handle, what you need to see in reports and what happens if the work falls short. We put these decisions in writing.

When the work needs a specialist, we check their relevant work, delivery approach and availability before bringing them into the engagement. Havenmont remains your point of contact.

Your business, accurately represented

Protect the reputation you have built

You review who we plan to contact and what we will say before outreach begins. We agree which companies are off limits and which claims we can make about your business.

You know which changes need your approval, who handles concerns and who can pause outreach. Your knowledge of the market continues to guide the work.

Progress and corrective action

Review what the activity is producing

  1. See what is moving forward

See replies, bookings, conversations that took place and opportunities your team accepted as separate figures. Reports also show reasons for rejection, open questions and any later sales progress your team shares.

  2. Investigate the cause

If buyers are not responding, your team is declining opportunities or follow up is slipping, we look at the records with you to understand why.

  3. Agree the next action

Use what we have learned to adjust targeting, qualification or follow up. If your team cannot keep up, agree a different pace. Name who will make the change and when we will check it.
